INSTANT ISSUE VISA DEBIT

If you’re in a hurry to get a new or replacement debit card, we offer instant issue debit cards. Just walk into a branch and within a few minutes you can walk out with a new card.

Instant issue is available at the following branches:

Please be aware that while we can issue your card instantly, processing may take up to 24 hours for the card to be activated.

Before you go, let us know!

If you are traveling internationally or just outside of your normal card usage area (Visa Debit or Credit), please let us know so we can ensure you have safe and easy access to your funds while we continue to protect you from fraud.

You can send us notification via an email to asksunstate@sunstatefcu.org, a secure message in eBanking. You may also just call or visit a branch. If you choose to email notification, please refrain from including private information, as email is not secure.

LOCK MY CARDS

If your card is lost or stolen you can temporarily block any new transactions on your SunState VISA® Debit and/or Credit Card(s) via eBanking and/or the SunState mobile app.

  • Locking your card only impacts future card transactions
  • Any previous transactions will be paid
  • Locking your card will not affect your checks, mobile or internet transfers, bill payments or any other type of transaction on your account(s)

To lock your card(s) via eBanking or the mobile app, go to accounts, then Lock My Cards, then follow onscreen instructions.

Contact us to have your card permanently cancelled and reissued, or to report unauthorized transactions.
